1. Introduction

Welcome to cyberhygiens. We provide IT security literacy courses with practical hygiene drills designed to equip individuals and organizations with essential skills. These terms govern your access to services, digital materials, and goods offered through cyberhygiens.tech.

3. Scope of Services

Our live training sessions, workshops, and drills ("Services") focus on practical security hygiene techniques. Access to Services is granted upon full settlement of relevant fees and completion of enrollment procedures.

4. Digital Materials

We offer self-paced digital modules, video tutorials, and downloadable guides ("Digital Materials"). Access is provided immediately after clearing associated fees unless otherwise specified.

5. Physical Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals, branded merchandise, and specialized tools ("Goods") are shipped to the address provided at purchase.

6. Scheduling and Modifications

Participants may request a change in scheduled session dates by contacting us at our contact page. Requests received at least seven days before the original session date will be accommodated at no extra cost, subject to availability. Changes requested fewer than seven days before a session may incur an administrative fee.

7. Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Services

Requests for reimbursement of course fees must be submitted at least seven days prior to the start date. Eligible requests will receive full reimbursement of paid fees within 14 business days of approval. If a request is submitted fewer than seven days before the session, no reimbursement is available due to preparatory expenses.

Alternatively, participants may opt to reschedule the session at no additional fee, subject to space availability.

7.2 Digital Materials

Buyers may request reimbursement within seven days of purchase, provided no modules have been accessed or downloaded. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days. Once access to Digital Materials is granted, no further reimbursement requests are accepted.

7.3 Goods

Customers may request reimbursement within 14 days of delivery by shipping the unused Goods back to our facility. Shipping costs to our facility are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection, reimbursements will be issued within 14 business days.

7.4 Non-Reimbursable Items

Certain customized or perishable items are not eligible for reimbursement due to their unique preparation requirements. Such items will be clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

8. Liability Limitation

cyberhygiens limits liability to the value of fees paid for the specific Service, Digital Material, or Good in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential harm arising from the use of our offerings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
